Delete your Based Training account
Request permanent deletion of your account and associated data. We will email you a link to confirm that the request is yours.
What will be deleted
We will delete your Based Training account, workouts, training plans, imported activity history, provider credentials, preferences, and training-assistant access. Saved workout recordings are also removed.
Your original activities and accounts at Garmin, Strava, Wahoo, and other connected services remain with those services. Billing providers may retain payment records, and limited records may be retained where required by law, as explained in our privacy policy.
Your subscription
Cancel your subscription before deletion so it cannot keep renewing. Canceling a subscription does not delete your account.
- If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel in Google Play's Payments & subscriptions settings.
- If you subscribed on the website, sign into the website and open Billing to cancel.
You can submit a deletion request even if you need help canceling. Email privacy@bigapp.io for help. We check that recorded subscriptions have stopped renewing before completing deletion.
Once confirmed, your connections and training data can be removed while we resolve billing. Training access stops. We keep the account information needed to help cancel any remaining subscription.
We process confirmed requests within 30 days. Wahoo-sourced data is subject to the 48-hour deadline in our privacy policy. You do not need to install the app to request deletion.
