Connect ChatGPT or Claude

Copy the address below, paste it into ChatGPT or Claude as a connector, then sign in here and choose what it can do. Manage connected assistants anytime from Settings.

  1. Copy the Based Training address below.
  2. In ChatGPT or Claude, add a connector and paste that address. Exact clicks are under the box.
  3. When the assistant opens Based Training, sign in and choose what it can read or change.

Developer mode
  1. Open Settings → Security and login, then turn on Developer mode. If you do not see it, your account or workspace has not enabled it yet.
  2. Open the ChatGPT Plugins page and select the plus button. Name the connector Based Training.
  3. Paste the address above, connect, then sign in to Based Training and choose what it can do. Try a new chat after that.

ChatGPT may ask you to confirm before it changes your plan. After Based Training is in the ChatGPT directory, install it from there instead of adding this address by hand.

Custom connector
  1. Open Customize → Connectors, select +, then Add custom connector.
  2. Name it Based Training, paste the address above, select Add, then sign in to Based Training and choose what it can do.
  3. In a conversation, select + → Connectors and turn on Based Training.

On Team or Enterprise, an owner must first add Based Training under Organization settings → Connectors → Add → Custom → Web. Other members can then connect it from Customize. After Based Training is in the Connectors Directory, search for it there instead of adding a custom connector.

What access means

You approve these permissions on Based Training’s sign-in screen. A connection gets only the permissions shown there.

Read your training training:read
See activities, planned workouts, thresholds, and connected services. This does not let the assistant change anything.
Manage your training training:write
Create or reschedule workouts, update thresholds, start syncs, and send workouts to connected services.
Stay connected offline_access
Refresh the connection without asking you to sign in again. You can disconnect it from Settings at any time.
