Setup guide

1. Enable Developer mode. On Enterprise or Edu, open Settings → Apps → Advanced settings. On Business, an admin or owner opens Workspace settings → Apps → Create to enable it for their own account.
2. If custom apps are unavailable, ask your workspace admin to enable them under Workspace Settings → Permissions & Roles → Connected Data. Then choose Create from the Apps page.
3. Name the app “Based Training,” paste the server address above, choose OAuth if asked, and scan the tools. Finish the Based Training sign-in and permission screen, create the app, then enable Based Training in the conversation where you want to use it.

ChatGPT may ask you to confirm actions that change your plan. Full custom apps with write actions are currently available to Business, Enterprise, and Edu workspaces; Pro has limited read-only custom-app support. After Based Training is listed in the ChatGPT directory, you can install it from there instead of Developer mode when available.

1. Open Customize → Connectors, select +, then Add custom connector.
2. Name it “Based Training,” paste the server address above, select Add, and finish the Based Training sign-in and permission screen.
3. In a conversation, select + → Connectors and enable Based Training.

On Team or Enterprise, an owner must first add Based Training under Organization settings → Connectors → Add → Custom → Web. Other members can then connect it from Customize. After Based Training is in the Connectors Directory, search for it there instead of adding a custom connector.
